1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Vistora. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our travel portal websites, mobile interfaces, and offline reservation desks. By executing checkouts or accessing flight, hotel, and bus ticket queries, you agree to comply with all guidelines listed herein.

2. Booking and Payments

Vistora acts as an aggregator platform connecting travel clients with third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Bus operators). While we ensure secure transaction handling, ticket issuance is subject to fare availability at the time of transaction settlement.

• Fares quoted are live, dynamic values and can change before checkout.
• Payments must be cleared in full via verified gateway methods (Cards, UPI, Netbanking).
• Vistora reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of unauthorized card use or false client information.

3. Flight Carrier Terms

Flight reservations compiled through our portal (using APIs like TBO) are governed by the respective carriage conditions of each operating airline. Vistora holds no direct liability for schedule revisions, flight cancellations, luggage losses, or delays.

4. Hotel Accommodations

Guest room bookings, check-in thresholds, security deposits, and extra amenity levies are strictly regulated by hotel administration. Please ensure you present a valid government-approved photographic identification document at check-in desks.

5. Bus Operator Policies

Coach route departures, operational delay management, seat comfort options, and pickup/drop location coordination are managed entirely by the bus operators. Customers are expected to reach booking boards at least 15 minutes before travel departures.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Vistora be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential losses, damages, or injury arising from service delivery delays of aggregated third-party operators, national emergency strikes, or weather disturbances.
